Remember these?

Grandpa and Grandma Anderson had these cool old-school toys for the kids to play with. I remember using these in elementary school P.E. They had a blast!

Uh-Oh! I've got lots of updates...

For the past few weeks I've been fighting with my camera. For some reason, the pictures were stuck, and I couldn't get them downloaded to my computer.
Finally! I've got them on my computer, and they are ready to post. There is a lot of cute stuff, and hopefully I'll have time to put them all up!

Diva party

Carmen went to a birthday Diva party today. She got her hair and makeup done, her finger nails done and her toe nails done. It was really cute looking at all of the little girls. The birthday girl's mom had recruited a few local teenage girls to help out with the make overs.

Also at the party, they made paper dolls out of cardstock, and clothes out of scrap book paper. Then the dolls were glued to a dowl, and the dowl was stuck into a block of styrofoam. I thought that was a great idea-I have a bunch of paper that I don't intend to scrapbook with. Now I have a new use for it all!

Mary's two month check-up

Poor thing, she got three shots today and then an oral vaccine. She slept most of the afternoon, and did some sobbing in her sleep. Her legs are sore-she flinches when you touch them.
That's the not so great part. The better part: my little chunk is 14 pounds (!!) and 24 inches long. She's holding her head up very well, and rolls over occasionally. She's smiling and laughing. She's holding things that are put in her hand, and she can get the item to her mouth to chew. She's so cute!

My new project

Because I don't have enough to do, I have created a little business. I'm making boutique hair bows and selling them here. I put a handy little link on the upper right hand corner of this blog.

Check it out! And buy something! :0)

Yummy!

Today we made some caramel apples. The kids had a lot of fun doing this, and there was very little mess!

Mary and her swing

Mary loves her swing! She thinks the pooh characters are real. I catch her trying to *talk* to them and making googly eyes at them. So cute!

(And can y'all see her RED hair??)
